The "Qilu" brand steam turbine generator has maintained the "Shandong Famous Brand Product" title for 20 consecutive years, and the "Qilu trademark was awarded the "Shandong Famous Trademark" in 2011. The company is listed among the 350 key industrial enterprises of the provincial government and "10 Major Construction Bases" of the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan". Its large-scale generator sets are designated as one of the "1 Major National Brands" in Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry, and its "complete power station equipment" is listed as one of the "3 Major Products for Accelerated Development" in the provinces electrical and electrical equipment industry. The company's two projects, "150,000 kW High-pressure Single-cylinder Double-extraction Steam Turbine Generator Set" and60,000 kW High-pressure Single-cylinder Double-extraction Condensing Steam Turbine Generator Set", were selected as "First-set Technical Equipment in Key Fields of Province". The 330MW air-cooled steam turbine generator product won the title of "Excellent Industrial Design Product of Shandong Province" and the Gold Award at the Industry-University- Exhibition and Matchmaking Fair.

Key Equipment 

The design and manufacturing technologies of the steam turbines and air-cooled steam turbine generators developed and manufactured by the company are at an internationally leading level, and the design and manufacturing technologies of large and medium-sized AC motors are at a leading level in the industry. The maximum single unit capacity of the air-cooled steam generator set is 350MW, the maximum single unit power of the motor is 4500kW, and the maximum single unit capacity of the steam turbine is50MW. Its products are distributed across 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide, and its market share in the national market for steam turbine power generation of 30,000 kW and below reaches 30%.

The large-scale equipment currently owned by our company includes: German 80T steam turbine vacuum overspeed balancing test equipment, KUKA large-scale gantry boring and milling machine, VPI equipment, French generator stator bar automatic uncoiling and positioning equipment, experimental control room, R&D equipment, Italian PAMA largescale CNC boring and milling machine, and automatic banding machine.
