Electric Motor Product Introduction

Our company's electric motor products mainly consist of two major categories: large and-sized three-phase AC synchronous motors and three-phase AC asynchronous motors. From these, 40 major series and over 2,000 specifications have been derived The produced electric motors are mainly used in industries such as power generation, papermaking, metallurgy, building materials, and chemical engineering, driving various machines including fans, water pumps, grinders, mills, and crushers. The leading products include the YFKK, YPT, Y, YRKK, YTM, T, TK, and (TDMK) series The main voltage levels are 6000V and 10000V, and the protection levels are divided into IP00, IP23, IP4, IP54, and IP55. The stator windings adopt the Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) process. The products feature reasonable design, elegant appearance, technology, high-quality materials, high efficiency, energy saving, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.

In recent years, our company has been invited to preside over or participate in drafting of 38 national or industry standards for electric motors, including 4 led by us. We have obtained more than 20 national patents, including 8 invention patents, placing company's electric motor products at a leading domestic level.

Main Product Features

The products adopt the most advanced international motor insulation technology - the VPI low-resin impregnation system.

The insulation class of this series of products has been upgraded from B to F. The stator conductors use flat copper wires wrapped with high voltage-resistant film or self mica to ensure no inter-turn breakdown. During the coil manufacturing process, impulse voltage tests are conducted according to GB/T22715-2008 "Imp Voltage Level of Stator Formed Coils for AC Motors" to guarantee insulation quality.

The stator coils are wrapped with low-resin mica tape and embedded into the iron core in a-body state. Then, the wound stator core is placed in an impregnation tank, where it undergoes vacuum pressure impregnation with F-class solvent-free resin.

Our factory the most advanced VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment in China. One set is a horizontal tank imported from McPhy in Switzerland; the other is a vertical tank imported from Heiderscheid Germany.

After the varnished stator core is baked and cured, a good insulation layer is formed. The full impregnation process significantly improves the inter-turn insulation and dielectric strength to ground the electric motor, while the overall integrity of the motor insulation and heat dissipation effect are remarkably enhanced. Taking the 10000V high-voltage motor as an example, thickness of its main insulation is reduced from 3.5mm (with the original compression molding process) to 2.2mm, a reduction of over 30%, contemporary international advanced levels.
