Qilu Electric Power Company successfully passed the Quality/Occupational Health and Safety/ Management System audit

From November 21 to 25, Huaxin Technology Inspection Co., Ltd. was invited to audit our company's three systems: Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment. General Manager Chen Chunshan, Deputy General Manager and Management Representative Li Lin, heads of all departments, and system administrators participated in the audit.

The audit team conducted meticulous and standardized audits of the management system documents, the company's management, and relevant departments. During the process, the liaison was conscientious and responsible, and departments actively cooperated, ensuring the smooth progress of the audit activities.

This year, the Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental management systems adopted a surveillance audit model, while the Quality management system underwent recertification audit. This involved conducting independent, all-department, all-element, and all-round audits for three companies: Qilu Electric Motor, Power Generation Equipment Plant and Shengjian Electric Motor Plant. The audit preparation was difficult, time-consuming, and demanding. Facing these challenges, all departments of the company worked together with a unified purpose to overcome difficulties ensuring the efficient operation of the three management systems and laying a solid foundation for the company to successfully pass the third-party audit.

After five days of meticulous and serious auditing, the audit team concluded the three management systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment) of Shandong Qilu Electric Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have the capability to achieve their objectives and self-improve, meeting the of the system standards. They recommended passing this certification audit.

General Manager Chen Chunshan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the audit team for their hard work, while emphasizing that all departments should this audit of the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental management systems as a new starting point for further perfecting work and continuous improvement. In the next step, the Technical Quality and the Safety Department will summarize the issues raised during the audit and urge and assist relevant departments to implement rectifications one by one, effectively promoting the upgrading of the company's management.
