Translation: Weigh it, then you will know its importance; measure it, then you will know its length and shortness. All things are so, and the heart is even more so. 

Reflection: When we look at something, we cannot just look at the surface. Instead, we must think deeply and weigh the pros and cons to the true essence of things. All things require making trade-offs between pros and cons, and the human heart is even more so, to avoid making wrong judgments.
