Generator No. 1 stator of Shanmeihequ×350MW low-calorific value coal power generation project successfully shipped

On July 14, 2023, the stator of Generator No. 1 for the Shanxi Coal Group Hequ Power Plant 2×350MW low-calorific value coal power generation project produced by our company was successfully shipped ahead of schedule.

In 2021, our company signed a generator contract with Shanxi Installation Group for the Shanmeihe Qu 2×350MW low-calorific value coal power generation project. This project is a key construction project in Shanxi Province, located in Sheliang Township, Hequ County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of about 800 mu, with an annual fuel consumption of over 3 million tons. It is equipped with two 350 MW generator units from our plant, with an annual power generation of 4 billion kWh and an annual heat supply of 790 GJ. The project adopts advanced domestic supercritical coal-fired power generation technology, reducing coal consumption and effectively lowering pollutant emissions, playing a positive role in environmental protection. Its completion and commissioning will provide important support for the transformation, upgrading, and circular development of Shanxi's coking coal industry. The project is characterized by a large social impact and a tight delivery schedule. The owner attaches great importance to it and has negotiated the unit delivery progress multiple times. To meet the user's delivery requirements, the sales department and various production departments worked closely together, anticipated delivery risks in advance, coordinated the production plan, and made efforts to overcome difficulties such as material supply delays. Through multiple measures, they coordinated personnel to work overtime to catch up with production. Ultimately, the generator stator was successfully shipped ahead of the owner's planned delivery time for Unit 1. Our company's attitude of concentrating superior resources to fully ensure delivery has been highly recognized by the user.

The successful shipment of the Unit 1 stator for the Shanmeihe Qu 2×350MW low-calorific value coal power generation project marks significant progress in the construction and installation of the project. It is a critical step with milestone significance for the delivery of the project's main equipment, and lays a good foundation for the production and delivery of the Unit 2 stator. Moving forward, the smooth delivery of the project will continue to polish the "golden brand" of Jifa in the field of 300,000-class large-capacity air-cooled steam turbine generators, making a greater contribution to the high-quality development of the energy industry in Shanxi Province.
