Leveraging the Spring Breeze to Train Troops at the Right Time 

— The Design Institute Organizes and Conducts a Special Knowledge Training Session on "Generator Insulation"

To improve the business knowledge structure, enhance the comprehensive business quality of the R&D team, and further strengthen the product design and R&D capabilities of generator, the Generator Design Institute organized a special knowledge training session on "Generator Insulation" on March 30.

For this internal training session, Comrade Wang Shuai from the Insulation Room of the Generator Technology Research Institute was specially invited to deliver a specialized lecture. To enhance relevance and practicality, the courseware content was thoroughly communicated and prepared in advance. The lecture covers several knowledge modules, including basic insulation knowledge, the properties of common insulation materials, a of different insulation treatments, corona mechanisms, and anti-corona materials and structures. The course content closely aligns with the urgent needs and expectations of generator designers for professional development, focusing on blind spots and weaknesses in their technical skills. It provides targeted reinforcement by reviewing insulation principles and concepts, material properties, and the design intent of insulation structures, making it highly relevant practical.

During the final Q&A session of the lecture, R&D personnel actively raised questions based on their doubts and weak points regarding insulation knowledge, in a full and heated interactive exchange with the lecturer. The lecture was rich in content and highly practical, providing everyone with a clearer and deeper understanding of insulation mechanisms, functions, and purposes, achieving the expected goals of refining professional knowledge and promoting design quality improvement.

Conducting internal business training is a specific measure implemented by the Generator Design Institute to carry out the company' "1-4-16" work strategy, and a concrete action for its own optimization and comprehensive improvement. Taking advantage of the favorable momentum and the timely opportunity for training, the Generator Institute will adhere to a problem-oriented and goal-oriented approach, addressing weaknesses and strengthening strong points, diligently honing its internal capabilities, and striving to boost the company's efficiency with tangible results.
