The company's Quality Month activities are being carried out in an orderly manner

On August 31, the company issued the "Implementation Opinions on Carrying Out the 203 'Quality Month' Activities" and launched the Quality Month activities themed "Enhancing Quality Efficiency, Building the Foundation of a Strong Enterprise Together". According to the deployment, the company early action and meticulous organization, closely revolving around the theme of this "Quality Month" to deeply carry out a series of activities. These activities were both grand and practical, achieving phased.

I. Top-level design to boost the implementation of "Quality Month" activities 

To strengthen the leadership of this activity, a "Quality Month" activity leading group was established to design and coordinate the activities, supervise the implementation of relevant matters, and strive to achieve practical results for the "Quality Month" activities. All production workshops and functional departments swiftly, established their respective activity leading groups in accordance with the requirements of the implementation opinions, formulated their own activity implementation opinions, and mobilized at all levels.

II. Jointly building sharing a new quality platform, popularizing quality concepts through multiple channels 

All units combined traditional publicity methods with modern technical publicity platforms such as WeChat groups for the creation activities, vigorously promoting content and significance of the "Quality Month" activities, and mobilizing all employees to participate in the "Quality Month" activities. The fundamental reason for the occurrence of quality problems lies the lack of responsibility and poor work attitude of the staff. To solve this problem, it is necessary to establish the responsibility awareness of "quality is life" in the hearts of every. Since the launch of Quality Month, all units have widely publicized and implemented the concept of "quality is life", focusing on problem-oriented self-training to cultivate a work attitude among employees that starts from reality and details, focuses on their own duties, and gathers collective wisdom. They have firmly established the concept of "quality first", enhanced the quality safety awareness, quality awareness, and social responsibility awareness of all employees, and permeated quality awareness into every link of production.

III. Solidifying the foundation of quality, various activities carried out in an manner

All production workshops of the company focused on carrying out the investigation and rectification of quality hazards, inspecting the improvement and implementation of technical documents such as drawings, processes, operation, quality records, and process quality control measures for key and important processes. All functional departments further improved their service awareness, proactively visited workshops and relied on the front line to strengthen technical and guidance for the production front. Based on their own actual conditions, all units widely carried out quality awareness enhancement activities, and centered on summarizing and excavating innovative quality management concepts, characteristic experiences, advanced methods, they extensively carried out QC tackling activities. All personnel enthusiastically proposed rationalization suggestions, and conducted technical tackling against the proposed solutions and rectification suggestions. The entire activity was carried with both momentum and remarkable effectiveness.

Currently, the Quality Month activities are proceeding in an orderly manner. The implementation of various activities has further enhanced the quality awareness level of all employees, a solid foundation for the achievement of the company's annual quality goals.
