The company carries out a special inspection of process

In accordance with the "Quality Month" activity schedule, to identify weak links in product control, effectively enhance quality assurance capabilities, and improve the long-term mechanism for process discipline control, the company conducted a special inspection of process discipline at the production sites of the Generator Workshop and Turbine Workshop on September 6.       

I. Meticulous Planning, Emphasizing Key Areas

Recently, some quality issues occurred during the company's production process, most which were human factor quality issues caused by personnel operational errors, increasing the risk of smooth product delivery. In response to this situation, the inspection team proposed a pragmatic goal of "ens results, significantly reducing operational errors, and eliminating human factor quality issues," and optimized the inspection items accordingly. The inspection team first categorized quality factors into Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment, and Measurement, sorted out the key elements of quality control by category and defined specific inspection standards for each element, enhancing the targeted nature and strengthening the effectiveness of this process discipline inspection.

II. Execution, Ensuring Practical Results

To ensure that this inspection could grasp first-hand information and provide a true and effective basis for subsequent rectification, the inspection team decided to adopt a surprise inspection method Without prior notice to the workshops, they went directly to the production front line, applying a single ruler and a single standard from start to finish, inspecting problems realistically, exposing shortcomings, and that the identification and analysis were thorough and not just a formality, striving to achieve practical results.

Upon arriving at the workshops, the inspection team adopted an inspection method of "covering horizontally the edges and vertically to the bottom," comprehensively covering all inspection elements. They focused on key control items such as the execution of on-site process parameters, personnel certification, special process management, equipment and facility maintenance, product appearance quality, communicating with the inspected personnel on the spot regarding any existing problems. After the inspection, the team sorted out the identified problems by category, promptly fed them back to the relevant workshops, and urged the workshops to clarify management requirements, warn operators, and formulate long-term measures to avoid the recurrence of problems.

This process discipline inspection has enhanced the awareness of-line operators to consciously abide by process discipline, reduced the probability of human factor quality issues, and laid the foundation for gradually strengthening the quality risk control capability at the production site. Moving, the company will continue to strengthen supervision and inspection, consolidate the results of this process discipline inspection, and form a long-term mechanism to provide a strong guarantee for the effective operation of company's quality management system and the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
