The Coil Workshop actively carries out Quality Month activities

I. Emphasize publicity and education to create a strong atmosphere.

According to the activity schedule, an activity leadership group established, a meticulous plan was formulated, organizational implementation was detailed, and theme activity weeks such as "Creating Atmosphere, Learning and Exchanging, and Improving Quality" were determined. Meanwhile slogans, bulletin boards, and WeChat groups were fully utilized for extensive publicity and mobilization to create a strong activity atmosphere, enhancing everyone's attention and their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the.

II. Focus on quality education and training to achieve full coverage of learning and discussion.

During the learning and exchange week, each section deeply studied the relevant learning of the Quality Month activities at pre-shift and post-shift meetings, re-emphasized and re-reviewed the quality problems prone to occurring in their respective sections. The workshop also upstream and downstream sections to conduct in-depth analysis of typical quality problems, identify deep-seated causes, and explore corrective measures. Through multi-level quality learning and exchange, the awareness, theoretical level, and ability to analyze and solve quality problems of employees have been comprehensively improved.

III. Deepen management and improve quality.

Carry out selfinspection of process discipline. Each section actively mobilized employees to conduct self-inspections of process discipline. On the basis of daily self-inspections, they deeply carried out the " Inspections" activity, mainly focusing on "inspecting quality awareness, inspecting quality level, inspecting standard implementation, inspecting measurement and testing assurance, and inspecting on-site management," to enhance quality ownership awareness of all employees.

The Quality Month activity is a nationwide effort to popularize and enhance quality awareness. The coil workshop will take this opportunity to enrich the activity content through various means measures, striving to align with practical needs to achieve tangible results, and continuously consolidate the foundation for continuous quality improvement.
