The riveting and welding workshop actively carries out activities to improve welding quality.

On the morning of September 22, the Rivet and Welding Workshop held a special training session on welding quality. In response to previous from the client, the session analyzed the actual condition of weld seams on the production site and provided specialized training for all team leaders, requiring them to strictly control welding quality and weld seam appearance During the meeting, it was also announced that the 3rd "Lean Cup" Welding Skills Competition would be held that afternoon.

A total of 19 frontline operators participated in this, which was conducted in two sessions, each lasting thirty minutes. Before the competition, Deputy Director Zhao Guoshun read out the competition rules and stated that holding this welder skills is a vivid practice in implementing the company's annual Quality Month theme, "Enhance Quality Efficiency, Build the Foundation of a Strong Enterprise," and is of great significance for creating excellent quality. He hoped that all contestants would fully demonstrate their individual welding skills under the premise of ensuring safety and welding quality, and continuously improve their professional skills on the basis of mutual learning and. Subsequently, staff members distributed the competition test pieces to the contestants.

At 3:00 PM, at the chief judge's command, the contestants enthusiastically entered the competition and got busy in an orderly manner. Calibrating plates, fixing the specimens, and adjusting the welding machines—every operation reflected the contestants' profound skills.

The most fundamental requirement for a welder's operation is to maintain high concentration, with the hands, eyes, waist, and feet being remarkably stable and perfectly coordinated;, even an inadvertent breath can affect the welding result. Under the supervision of the judging panel, each participating welder successfully completed the competition at the designated location and within the specified time. Meanwhile the judges were also rigorously reviewing and scoring. After a brilliant competition, six contestants broke through the competition and stood out with their solid and skillful operational skills.

This competition aims to strengthen the construction of the skilled talent team, promote the fine tradition of honoring labor and valuing skills, stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning technology practicing skills, and competing in skills, and create a platform and conditions for frontline workers to exchange skills and showcase their talents, thereby cultivating a high-quality workforce of knowledge-based,-based, composite, and innovative employees.
