Generator Product Introduction

The company manufactures six models of synchronous air-cooled generators, including QF, TX, WX, WY,YS, and QFa, across 11 series, with a cumulative development of over 1,000 different products. The capacity range of QF models is 3-30MW; the capacity range of TX synchronous condensers (reactive power generators) is 20MVar-50MVar; the capacity range of WX,, and WYS models is 12MW-240MW; and the capacity range of QFa models is 300MW-365MW. Each of generator can be adapted to driving or starting equipment such as steam turbines, expanders, gas turbines, and SFC frequency converters, and is suitable for applications including traditional coal-fired power, biomass power generation, gas turbine power generation, compressed air power generation, concentrated solar power generation, peak-shaving power generation, and reactive power inertia support (synchronous). The generators adopt a modular design, which can meet the requirements of different capacities, different voltage levels, different power frequency grids (50Hz-60Hz), and different movers (steam turbines/gas turbines).

Product Structure and Process Characteristics:

1.Totally Enclosed Water-to-Air Cooled (TEWAC).

2.Stator Micadur and Micadur insulation series and VPI treatment process.

3.Elastic fixing structure between the stator core and the frame.

4.Coils adopt direct cooling with hollow copper bars.
